Dear Friends–

“We are all in this together” is a phrase we are hearing with more and more frequency, yet the impacts of this unprecedented time are different and personal on so many levels. There are impacts on our communities, our businesses, our friends and our families–and these impacts are different for each of us. And like you, the last people we want to impact or burden are “our” kids.

Our goal is to communicate with you as honestly and transparently as we can during this situation, and–like all of you– we recognize we simply do not know what will happen next. Yet, as a team, we have considered and designed summer contingency plans, are collaborating with other members of our professional camp community, and are trying to provide joy and value to our staff, parents and campers.

We want to remain optimistic and we also want to be realistic. We realize our first session will be impacted in some ways (in programming or duration) by state or federal COVID-19 mandates. We are also in the process of modifying our financial policies, including tuition deadlines and deposit refunds. We will continue to assess state and federal COVID-19 information daily and we will share a more formal plan and timeline with you in mid-April.

For now, we would like to invite your family, our campers, our staff and friends to a digital Sanborn Sing-A-Long next Thursday, April 9th at 3pm MST. Please join us via ZOOM to sing a few camp songs, to see each other’s faces and #BringCampHome for a few minutes next week.

We all want camp to happen–and we also know that the health and safety of “our” kids and community is more important than anything.

We ARE all in this together…stay safe and healthy, Mark, Mike, Matty, Ariella & Elizabeth
